Poster Competition
Present Your Research to an International Audience
We invite students and early-career researchers to participate in our prestigious poster competition, offering:

Eligibility Requirements
✓ Open to graduate students, postgraduates, and research scholars under 35
✓ Participants may present without competing
✓ Abstracts must be submitted at least one month prior to the conference
Submission Guidelines
- Include complete details: title, author names, affiliations, abstract (250-300 words), and brief biography
- Submit online via our portal or by email
- Shortlisted candidates will receive email confirmation and be featured on our website
Competition Rules
- Presenters must be available during scheduled judging sessions
- Each presentation will have 5-7 minutes (including Q&A)
- Judging criteria includes research quality, presentation skills, and subject knowledge
- Winners announced at closing ceremony (must be present to receive awards)
Important Notes
- Substitutes (co-authors or institutional colleagues) are permitted
- All presenters must complete registration by the abstract deadline
