All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. Globemeet Research Conferences is not liable for any loss or damage.

➤ Insurance

Registration fees do not include personal or travel insurance.

➤ Transportation

All transportation and parking arrangements are the registrant’s responsibility.

➤ Press & Media

Press coverage must be approved in advance by the organizing committee. Quoting speakers/delegates requires written consent.

➤ Invitation Letters

Invitation letters are issued only after successful registration. Email:

➤ Visa Information

We recommend applying for a Business Visa at the earliest. If needed, contact the organizing team for assistance.

💵 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to pre-conference commitments, we have a structured refund policy:

➤ Refund Guidelines

• 90+ days before the conference: 50% refund
• 45–90 days before the conference: 30% refund
• Less than 45 days: No refund
• Discounted registrations: Fully non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed after the event, minus all applicable bank charges.

➤ Cancellations due to Natural Disasters

In case of unavoidable situations (e.g., earthquakes, epidemics):

• The conference may be postponed
• You may transfer your registration to a future event
• No liability is accepted for personal injury, property loss, or travel expenses

➤ Postponement Policy

If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, your fee can be applied to another event within one year.

➤ Transfer of Registration

Fully paid registrations are transferable within the same organization by sending written confirmation to:

• No transfers within 14 days of the conference
